Conveyor Specialist offer a full range of rubber, PVC and steel cord conveyor belt, cleated inclined, corrugated sidewall, food and heavy duty rubber in various sizes and thicknesses. Conveyor belts are ideally suited to carry bulk mixtures for a variety of industries, standard and custom conveyor belts for agriculture, food processing, transportation and mining industries. Our solution also include conveyor systems that feed, discharge, distribute, dose and accelerate or a combination of these.

Conveyor belts differ from one another, so much that their working life varies. Conveyor belts can be used for transporting, flooring purposes, cushioning in children’s play areas, protection, water barriers and livestock handling.

  1. Cover Rubber – The conveyor belt’s top layer usually is made of natural or synthetic rubber and is called cover rubber, which protects the carcass. It has abrasion, temperature, petroleum, chemical, static and fire-resistant characteristics and depends on the working conditions.
  2. Carcass – Maintains the tension of the rubber conveyor belt and supports the transported products. The carcass of the rubber conveyor belt usually is made of excellent bonded rubber, using coated cloth, nylon, polyester, steel wire or aramid. Carcass can be made of Steel Cord, NN (Nylon-Nylon), EP (Polyester-Nylon), SW (Straight Warp), Aramid fibers or other materials.
  3. Adhesive Rubber – Maintains the adhesive power between all layers of carcass and the cover rubber and keeps their durable flexibility and tension.
  4. Reinforced Cover – It is used to protect the carcass in case that the products are larger or a tear occurs, because significantly shaken in worse working conditions that specified, putting excess load on the top cover and carcass.
